Dematting Notice

Please ensure your dog is brushed out before your appointment. Dogs that arrive with significant matting may incur additional dematting fees. Severe matting may require a shave-down for the health and comfort of your dog. Our groomer will advise you at drop-off before any additional work is performed.

No Flea Policy

If you are aware your dog has fleas, please DO NOT book an appointment. If fleas are discovered during grooming, a flea dip and flea comb treatment will be added to your service at an additional charge. This is required to protect all animals in our care.
