Rabies Recommended
Rabies vaccination is recommended. You are welcome to upload a copy when booking or bring it along - it is not required to schedule your appointment.
Flea and Tick Free
Please ensure your dog is flea and tick free before their appointment. If we find fleas, a flea dip add-on will be required.

Yes. For most services, short coat and long coat are priced separately. Dogs with longer, thicker coats take more time and product, so prices reflect that. Select your dog's size tab above to see both coat-length prices side by side.
No hidden fees. Everything is listed on this page. If a condition surcharge applies due to severe matting, we always discuss it with you before we begin - never a surprise on your invoice.
No enrollment required. Just book online, show up for your first full groom, and you're in. After 3 maintenance visits you automatically earn 15% off every full groom permanently.
A full groom includes a breed-specific haircut or style in addition to bath, blowout, nail trim, ear cleaning, paw pad care, and anal gland expression. A maintenance groom skips the full haircut but includes everything else. Maintenance grooms count toward your 15% discount.
Yes. We offer a la carte add-ons including nail grinding, teeth brushing, de-shedding treatment, flea dip, ear plucking, neck bows, and bandanas. Add them when you book online or ask Bobbie at your appointment.
We are a home-based salon in Liberty, MO. The exact address is provided when you book your appointment. We are conveniently located for clients from Kansas City, Claycomo, Gladstone, Kearney, and the surrounding area.
We groom most breeds. Bobbie has experience with everything from small Yorkies and Maltese to large Huskies, Doodles, and German Shepherds. If you have a specific breed question, just reach out before booking.
Appointment times vary by dog size and service. A bath for a small dog may take 1 hour. A full groom for a large or extra-large dog can take 2.5 to 3.5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you drop off.
We do our best to accommodate anxious dogs. Because we work one dog at a time in a calm, quiet home environment, many dogs that struggle at busy salons do much better here. Severely aggressive dogs may not be a good fit - reach out first so we can discuss.
Rabies vaccination is recommended but not required. You are welcome to upload a copy when booking or bring it to your appointment. No records are needed to schedule.
You can book directly online using our booking form - available 24/7. Select your service, dog size, and a time that works for you. You'll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the spot, so repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
The Maintenance Program discount (15% off full grooms) applies per dog once that dog has completed the required maintenance visits. Each dog earns the discount independently. We do not currently offer a separate multi-dog discount.
Bobbie uses professional-grade shampoos and conditioners suited to your dog's coat type. If your dog has a skin condition or allergy, let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Most dogs actually relax more when their owner is not present - they settle in faster without the separation anxiety cues. We ask that owners drop off and pick up at the scheduled times. You are welcome to call for a check-in update during the appointment.
